DEAN SURVEYING & MAPPING, INC. was founded in 1988 with the purpose of providing professional land surveying services to our residential and commercial business partners. Dean Surveying & Mapping, Inc has assembled one of the largest libraries of land surveys in Southeast Florida with more than 68,500 maps and plats dating back to 1944. In addition to our own projects, Dean Surveying & Mapping, Inc. has acquired the drawings of such reputable firms as Daily-Fotorny, Florida Surveying @ Mapping, Inc. and K & N Surveyors. A trusted partner that understands our client's needs, we provide prompt, accurate and concise land surveying services that withstand the tests of time. Our professional field and staff support teams ensure that we meet the needs of our client's - on budget and on schedule!
